From our kitchen in Clonakilty, we craft traditional coleslaws, potato salads, and deli favourites using fresh, local ingredients and West Cork recipes passed down through generations.
Our Story
Nestled in the peaceful countryside of West Cork, Baile an Ard Foods is a family-run producer of fine salad foods, handmade with care by Stephen and Sarah.
Our name comes from the townland Baile an Ard (meaning “High Place” in Irish), near Enniskeane, where these cherished recipes for our Coleslaw and Potato Salad have been handed down through generations.
With roots in finance and law in London, we traded city life for the serenity of West Cork to share a taste of our heritage through delicious, wholesome food. From our kitchen near Clonakilty, we’re proud to offer quality products that reflect the care and tradition of our region.

INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage (57%), Mayonnaise (34%) (Rapeseed Oil, Water, Pasteurised Egg, Acidity Regulators: Acetic Acid & Citric Acid, Sugar, Water, Salt, Modified Starch, Mustard Flour, Stabilisers: Xanthan Gum & Guar Gum, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate), Sugar, Carrot (4%), Tabasco Sauce.
